Your participation in the Poker Plex Hardcore Club shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Poker Plex Hardcore Club membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Poker Plex, with no cash alternative available.

2. Poker Plex reserves the right to terminate or make amendments to the Poker Plex Hardcore Club membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.

3. Participation in the Poker Plex Hardcore Club is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the club. Poker Plex reserves the right to modify, add or delete the club rules at any time with or without notice, though Poker Plex will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other Poker Plex Hardcore Club pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Poker Plex has amended the provision.

4. Poker Plex retains the sole right to interpret and apply the Poker Plex Hardcore Club rules.

5. Membership in the Poker Plex Hardcore Club is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.

6. Only individuals are eligible for membership to the Poker Plex Hardcore Club. Only the individual named in the Poker Plex account may play under that account.

7. Membership is offered at the discretion of Poker Plex. Poker Plex may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.

8. Players are assigned to a Tier level based on their rake average over the past two months. If the required target for that tier is not met for a month, players will have a further month to make up the difference before being moved down a tier.

9. Each event awarded will include €500 for travel and accommodation.

10. Players who gain entry into any land-based Events through the Poker Plex Hardcore Club, grant Poker Plex the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. These players further agree to help promote Poker Plex and act as a Poker Plex spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Poker Plex. Players must wear Poker Plex logo gear during the durations of such events.

11. Any abuse of the program or failure to follow club rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of any accrued events.

12. Poker Plex general Terms of Use also apply to the Poker Plex Hardcore Club.

13. Any decisions of Poker Plex staff and management regarding any aspect of the Poker Plex Hardcore Club will be final.

14. Players wishing to take part in the Poker Plex Hardcore Club must choose between taking the Live Events and a reduced rakeback percentage. Or they can continue to take the full rakeback percentage and not redeem the Live Events.
